Cancellation and Refund Policy for Inaros Technologies Private Limited Software Products and Services

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by Customer: Customers may cancel their subscription or order by emailing us at support@inarostechnologies.com or calling customer support helpline. The cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following period.

1.2 Cancellation by Inaros Technologies Private Limited: Inaros Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to cancel a customer’s subscription or order at any time for reasons including but not limited to violation of terms of service, fraud, or other unlawful activities.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to the type of product or service purchased. 

2.2 Refund Process: To request a refund, customers must provide details about cancellation by emailing at support@inarostechnologies.com . Refund requests will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of submission.

2.3 Non-Refundable Items or Services: Certain items or services may be non-refundable. 

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes with their credit card issuer without first contacting Inaros Technologies Private Limited. Any customer who initiates a chargeback in violation of this agreement may be subject to collection efforts.

All disputes are subject to Raipur jurisdiction only.
